Frequency of sessions is generally once or twice a week.

Fees:

Fees vary based on length of session, number of people in the session, frequency, and to a limited extent, the financial resources of the client.

Insurance with PPO or EPO (out of network privileges).

For all  insurances with out-of-network coverage, I will provide an invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company for you to collect my fee.
If you are planning to use insurance, it is a good idea to verify coverage and copayment with your insurance company before starting a treatment.

Payment:

Cash and checks are preferred. All mayor credit cards accepted.

Length of Psychotherapy:

The number of sessions depend on the individual. Each of our paths is different and operates on its own time. It is advised to focus on what you want your life to look like as you meet your goals.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel before your appointment time. If you cancel 24 hours before your appointment time, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Less that 24 hours, a $120 cancellation fee will be charge. Emergencies and illness are always considered.

Confidentiality:

The law protects psychotherapist and the client, and information cannot be disclosed without express written consent by the client. The exceptions are when there is suspected child abuse or neglect, or when the patient threatens serious physical harm to self or others. As required by law, efforts are made to ensure the safety of those affected.

Right therapist:

Reserach has shown that the most important factor of successful therapy is the relationship that forms between you and your therapist. Therefore, choose a therapist who you feel comfortable with, who you feel respectes and listens to you, accepts you for who you are, and also appropriately challenges limitations so you can grow beyond your current capacity.
